Good For athletes

This acts as a breeding ground for bacteria and causes the formation of pus and rashes due to bacterial action. Blackening of skin occurs due to friction caused during various exercises that you do. When in the gym or in the swimming pool, you are in contact with other peoples sweat, skin diseases are transferable through touch. 

Hence you are very prone to get skin problems. Some precautions that you can take is to carry a hand towel and always wipe the equipment prior to use. Before going for the workout, you can apply some clotrimazole powder which anti bacterial and anti fungal in nature. In areas where there is excessive friction, you can apply Vaseline or oil to reduce the friction and blackening of skin. 

Application of liquid paraffin may help in bringing back the colour to the skin. Taking a hot shower with a good antiseptic soap and a scrubber ensures that all the salt and sweat is removed from your body. Cleanliness is important for a healthy skin.
