Control Diabetes

Diabetes is a disease that is catching up with many people all over the world. Diabetes is mainly due to the bad food culture, mainly fatty and oily fast food menu. Diabetes can be kept under control without the help of insulin by exercising self control.

You must consciously avoid sweets, sugar and fatty items as the fat and carbohydrate is immediately converted in sugar thereby throwing your sugar levels over the charts. Every day jogging/ walking for one hour along with green and leafy vegetables in your diet with less fat and carbs and more of fibers and protein will help in keeping your sugar levels in control. 

Meditation and yoga will help you gain control over your mind and prevent you binging and eating oily and fatty food. How ever, when formulating a diet, it must be taken care that you choose that food which is a part of your daily staple diet as this will be easier to sustain for a longer period. Diabetes is not the end. It is just a challenge that needs to be faced head on with a clear mind.
