Issues to Consider

All your hair fall can be related to the amount of stress that you undergo. The problem with stress is that there is a lot of chemical activity that takes place in your body. A lot of chemicals that make you sweat a lot and make your hands and fee go cold.

What happens due to this is that the entire body goes very cold. Over a long period of time, this change in body temperature makes your body vulnerable to catching a common cold. A common cold causes your sinus gaps to fill up with phlegm. 

This causes a lot of breathing difficulties. Difficulty in breathing means that there is very less oxygen intake. Your body automatically distributes the little oxygen to the vital organs and neglects the other parts of the body.

The roots of your hair are not essential for your survival and hence don’t receive its share of oxygen. This causes the roots to slowly decay and make your hair to fall. This is why most people with stressful jobs find that they loose their job very soon.

The best way to beat this is to reduce the amount of stress you undergo by doing meditation, yoga, counseling and exercising.
