Yoga at Sunrise

It has been recently found that the chemical medicines used to relieve the symptoms of asthma are extremely dangerous for the body and have other side effects. No permanent cure has been found for asthma. Homeopathy has been found effective to a certain extent. But It is a very long term process and due to this reason, one can never really say if homeopathy is a real cure.

The best advise for asthma patients will be to avoid activities and remove life styles that tend to increase the chances of occurring of asthma. Some very basic things will be to avoid humid conditions as sweating could lead to cold and asthma. Taking in a lot of water based food can also be dangerous as it will cause excessive sweating that can lead to the cooling of the body and cause asthma. 

People having asthma must avoid pets as the hair can cause irritation of the lungs and windpipe and lead to asthma. People having asthma must restrict their exercises to just walks as straining yourself can cause breathlessness and excessive perspiration. Nervousness can cause excessive sweating. Hence the practice of yoga and meditation will help keep the mind in a calm state always and keep asthma under check.

Pranayama, a breathing exercise in yoga will help keep the lugs in good shape and provide oxygen to all parts of the body ad keep your white blood cells healthy and immune from diseases. Asthma is something that can be controlled by changes in our life styles.
